Website for listing life achievements (8)

Ok, so I'm looking for a website where you can list for example places you've visited, things you've tried, concerts experienced, record collection.. basically anything. In addition you could add notes to an achievement, set further goals and make future plans. Kinda like "things to do before I die".
I know there are tons of sites where you can list these things, but they are all specialised in one topic. Writing it down on notepad seems boring and it would become too long for one page...
Anyone got a clue? If there's nothing like this then maybe it's a good hint to site developers ;)

I noticed mindmapping can do this, but the problem is that it will become too big for one screen. What I'm looking for is some kind of a database I guess. Something that enables to link certain events, places (and time) with each other.
