Question 1: What does FFFFF mean? I've seen it a lot on 4chan and other /b/ boards. Also, whats the deal with F5?

I believe Mr. >>4 is mistaken, I do not believe there is any relation between FFFFFF and f5. fffff (the number of "f"s is variable, with more denoting more intensity) is a vocalization of anger (as in ffffffuck). f5 refreshes the page is most browsers.
