Congratulations Fox News, you're only 3, almost 4, years behind!
Seriously, is it only because it's recently gotten so big that it's getting this attention? The /b/ of 2003, 04, and 05 was a lot worse than the current /b/.
fucking lol'd
yeah :|
indeed. shit sucks. i wish that old time back. when /b/ was actually ""good"".
It's probably going to take them another 5 years to find this site, and 10 years to realize that it all came from 2ch. How Fox News stays in business is beyond me, especially with how instead of paying for stories from amateur writers they ask for free volunteers to make money off them. I don't know if they will ever learn..
I remember an article about some meme on Fox a few years ago. It did briefly mention 4chan, but of course all its information was poorly researched.
What amuses me most about Fox News is their meme-style text-on-picture thing.
IMG-TIMELINE
I lol'ed at:
>Moot — he insists on the lowercase "m" — is reportedly Christopher Poole, a college dropout in his early 20s who lives in New York with his mother and is looking for more active employment.
>Moot — he insists on the lowercase "m"
>Moot
>lowercase "m"
Innocent typo, or Fox's quiet "fuck you" to m♥♥tykins?
>> Others see users as part of an "Internet hate machine" filled with calls for ...
I like how Fox neglects to mention that THEY were largely the source of the popularity of that quotation.

Fox has covered anon related stuff on and off for years.
There was the "Internet hate machine" news clip from 07,
THE INCIDENT from 08 and of course this latest article.
(for those of you who are unfamiliar with THE INCIDENT, it is the great sarah palin hack)

Fine cracking then. All they did was use net exploitation to get into her email. While not difficult, it is an example of cracking ones security and infiltrating (Hacking).
shit, how can anybody forget the the exploding van

lulz is a corruption of el oh el
INTERNET HATE MACHINE was from a local Fox station, not Fox News.
