NK launched a missile toward Japan though it didn't reach Tokyo. The missile is thought to fall down into the sea between the two countries. In my opinion, NK tried to scare/retaliate Japan,① in order to negotiate about where the next soccer game should take place, ② so that they express their anger against Bush's speech that Kim John Il is the most horrible person in the world, or both.
