It's a silly phrase coming from 4chan.org. Let me try to explain:

About two years ago, members of the forum of the website somethingawful.com discovered the website Futaba (www.2chan.net). One of them, moot, decided to start their own image board site for English speaking users, thus 4chan.net (later changed into .org) was created. To this very day, most of their moderators are also members of the somethingawful forum. That website is notorious for exporting lots of internet memes and jargon to other sites and places, one of them being "zOMG" which is an intentional misspelling of the acronym OMG. Intentional misspellings are supposed to be funny, like "teh" instead of "the" etc. I am sure these are also common on Futaba and 2channel.

Anyhow, one of the earlierst boards on 4chan.org was /b/. It's the sites' random board and basically everything can be posted there. While the rules for other boards are rather strictly enforced (unlike on Futaba) and people get banned a lot for disregarding the rules there, /b/ is seen as a rather anarchic place where "anything goes". So "zOMG NONE!!1" (I believe the original even had a 1 at the end, 1 and ! being on the same place on the American keyboard) literally means "no rules" - except of course the American laws.

To further indulge into this would probably be a bit stupid. Maybe this long explanation already was, heh.

Anyhow, many thanks for your efforts so far! I believe they are greatly appreciated and we will look into incorporating them in the site soon.
