So, that's the question.
I'm a man, and usually go for some pants and dress shirt combination, sometimes with hem inside, sometimes out, depends on the shirt.
I think it looks good, but sometimes a bit too formal.
And you people, what do you wear?
Normally a t-shirt, a skirt and long socks. Actually, always that. My clothes are pretty repetitive. XD;
Oh, darn, sorry, I could swear I was reading the Fashion section. Sorry, people!
Right now I'm only wearing black shorts.
Since I'm hiki and I don't go out I wear the same clothes all the time(I'm like a cartoon character).
Shirts and pants that are all at least 3 years old.
Suits me.
All.
Black.
(probably not very fashionable to do this)
Dockers and a t-shirt, hem out.
I've got way too much weight around the middle to look even remotely good with my shirt tucked in.
By definition I'm an utter nerd, but my hobbies starkly contrast with my personal interests (anime, manga, games, technology), so in honesty I'm really quite the walking contradiction.
Before living in Tokyo I used to just wear typical skater style (my "normal" hobbies are skateboarding and guitar), so mostly skate labels like Element, Etnies, blah blah from head to toe. But jeans aren't worn excessively baggy (it gets in the way while skating) although I think it's fun to sag them more than usual warm when jamming with friends. On warm days I usually wear a plain dress shirt (a cheap one, solid color) over my T-shirt. Shoes...are an interesting concept. When they're new, I'll wear them. When I can stick half my foot out the side of my shoes after a couple months of skating them...I still wear them until I have money to buy another pair.
After living in Tokyo, I started wearing more oshare clothes buying from mainly Ikebukuro and Shinjuku. I don't buy any jeans in Tokyo - mainly shirts and jackets. I usually go with solid colors since it gives a sense of balance and usually try to match similar colors.
Although it's funny how very few people know how much of a nerd I really am ^_^"
I'm in my pajamas 90% of the time during the other 10% I wear a plain shirt and some jeans.
A hoodie and camoflage trousers. Pretty much all the time when I go to college. Inside I wear 3/4 length trousers things and a tshirt.
skinny straight jeans are my favorite, black converse, normal t-shirts, and a normal hoodie. by my definition i wear extremely boring clothes, mainly for some contrived goal of balance. coupled with my extreme self-consciousness and social inability it GETS THE JOB DONE.
i honestly wish i could be more trendy and fashionable, but when i find something that i think looks good on me it is really hard to break the trend. like, a few years ago all i wore were shorts, for about three years! now it seems that skinny jeans are going to be in for a long time. i don't necessarily care about the trend of everyone else, if only to see what's out there and if i like it. once i get it, it's for me - not anyone else. but yeah, i'd really like to be super-hipster/trendy/artsy as i am apart of that sect of culture, but in the end i don't want to go through all that shit trouble of layering and wearing things that fit too tightly or too loose, or i will be too hot or too cold, or if i look like a douche or not.
it all just gives me a huge headache and that is why i stick to jeans, shirt, hoodie. it works and i feel fairly attractive.
Nike Dunks shoes that match my shirt usually, skinny blck or dark wash jeans, some times a v-neck sweater or cardigan, switch it up, an athletic fit express dress shirt with a tie on loosely.
Black hoodie of one of my favorite music labels, grey beanie sometimes, dark green bomberjacket, slightly baggy grey/green/b&w camouflage pants (but never anything with basic jeans color), green hemp belt, sleeveless black or grey shirt beneath, black shoes (something between training shoes and regular shoes).
So I guess a bit of a mashup style. Baggy pants give my nuts space to breath ^_^
casual button up shirts and jeans or slacks. not terribly interesting.
now that i think of it i should probably get new shoes.
>skinny straight jeans are my favorite, black converse, normal t-shirts, and a normal hoodie.
GB2/GAIA EMOFAG.
I think I dress somewhat fashionably, though I can't really categorise myself into any specific category (and that's sorta the point).
Shoes: Anything that looks slightly abnormal, stylish, and are comfortable. Right now I'm wearing skate shoes that are black but have a black and white argyle design on half.
Pants: I alternate between a pair of skinny jeans, a pair of sorta shiny indigo jeans, and a pair of slightly relaxed fit jeans. Occasionally, I also wear a pair of cargos. I always make sure my shirts match my pants... some shirts look horrible with skinny jeans.
Shirts: Since it's still rather cold in my area, and since not many people wear them in my area, I'm mainly wearing long sleeves now. A few nice looking dress shirts, some with subtle designs on them, some that just look like fashion (like pin stripes), some that sort seem like the Japanese oshare style, and some that just look good. A few of them are white, but vary in look (dress, vintage, snaps, etc). With most shirts I only button the three middle buttons, since that looks best.

I'll also say something to link this to personal: I really only started wearing only what I thought looked good a few years ago, before that I wore anything cheap and practical.
Since then, I've gained a confidence boost. I think "How can people think bad about me from looking? I look good!" and it helps with a lot of first time encounters.
Being a non-social person, I figure one of the ways to become more social is to get rid on the things that hinder you/make you uncomfortable with doing so. Looks was one of them for me, but there are still things I need to work on...

awesome caps.
ps i didn't realize personal style had any correlation with what shitty forum you post on.
Mostly long sleeve button up shirts that are unbuttoned, usually with rolled-up sleeves.
A matching t-shirt underneath and slim-fit jeans.
My shoes consist of Converse, Puma, and flip-flops -_-'
I think I look pretty average but I stand out compared to the people I hang out with.
Plain, solid color t-shirt and pajama bottoms.
Cargo pants, either black, army green or beige. A tshirt, usually with some surf-like design, and an unbuttoned button-up shirt on top of that. Shoes comes in two flavors depending on the mood and what I'm going to do/how much I'm going to walk: either blue or green skate shoes, or black security shoes.
My outfits are usualy black, or mostly black, combined with one pink, white, or other colourful girly item/accessory.
Usualy, it's black pants or a skirt, usualy which has lace on it somewhere. I don't wear jeans, those are for commoners, lol.
Normally i'll wear a stylish shirt, and a jacket, usually black, or this multi-coloured hippy thing that looks awfully cute.
If the grounds all muddy and stuff, of i'm going to do a lot of walking, I usualy wear these boots i got from when i was in the firbrigade, steel capped, and not very pretty, but i haven't been able to find any other good walking boots lately. The rest of the time, I wear little black strappy shoes, or these very goth loli t.u.k shoes that have adorable little bows and skulls on them. Those i typically wear with long socks and a lacy skirt. When it's cold enough, i wear hats. I look good in them, and have a large collection, some of which should really be worn to the races rather than in daily life, but hey, im a freak. Usually, i complete my outfit by wearing whichever rings, necklace and/or bracelets match my outfit best.
