Jobs for losers (6)

Okay the title may sound stupid, but this is a serious question.

I've been meaning to get a job for several years, but I've been so lazy. First of all, I was semi-hikki 3 years ago due to being booted from University. I started talking to people less for a while and stayed home when I didn't have class (I switched to a lesser College). I applied for a BETTER university 5 months ago and was accepted about a month ago. Now I've finally decided I should find a job to make some extra cash to fund my forcefully extended education...

tl;dr version how does a semi-antisocial guy find a part-time job, and what sort of jobs may be suitable...?

I actually am not that afraid of talking to people, I just suck at it and I also have a fear of being embarassed (I think) -- I'm horrible at public speaking in front of large groups (I found out when I had to do presentations in class...)

OP you're being too hard on yourself, you can do all the jobs other people can do. Your university probably has a careers office or website with listings of local employers looking for part-time workers, try there.

Thanks anon, I never really thought about it that way. Maybe you're right. I'll give it a shot.

OP, get a job at a hotel as a Night Auditor. Everyone will be asleep while you get to do w/e (study, play vidya games, etc) plus the small about of social contact will help you refine yourself w/o overdoing it too fast.

Get a job as a security guard. You could easily land a post where you will not see anybody for 8-12 hours a night.

Awesome ideas. I should do this, totally.
