I been into a lot of stress latetly, im havin problems with my girl... her parents took her away from me, they are hiddin her, they moved to another state and incomunicated her, shes still underaged and im doing everytring within my reach to find her.
Now the problem is... i have a heavy lack of sleep and stress, and i think im fallin into depression, andy advice?
The last time i knew from her, she left a message in MSN sayin "helpme".
Any advice to take that stress out? or at least dim it?
Sleep 8 hours a day.
you see... the thing is... i cant sleep, why's that? cuz im stressed... any USEFUL advice?
Well for one you should wait until she turns 18. What are you going to do? Kidnap her? Her parents have authority over her, so unless they're actually abusing her or something, there's nothing you can do about her situation.
Perhaps some sleeping pills would help you get to sleep.
Calm down, don't let things stress you out, and sleep 8 hours a day.
I think the best thing to do would be to let her go until she is 18. Her parents have gone through the lengths of moving hundreds/thousands of miles to get her away from you. The next thing they could do if they find you stalking her is to have you arrested and thrown in jail, and then you really won't be able to sleep. I'm sorry you are in your situation, but this is what happens when get involved with minors and do not use discretion.
Let her know where you are, and how she can reach you and let her go. Let her grow up and if she still loves you when she's grown up she will contact you.
Stop before you end up in jail and on the sex offenders list.
TIPS ON GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP
I suffer(ed) from depression, and learning to control my sleep patterns was one step on the road to recovery. It's important to get a healthy amount of sleep! It can be hard at first, but when you get your body into a good rhythm you can do it.
Of course, if you really are suffering from depression, you might not be able to do this on your own. A predisposition to dwell on negative things will probably keep you up. You might want to look into therapy.
