Well for one you should wait until she turns 18. What are you going to do? Kidnap her? Her parents have authority over her, so unless they're actually abusing her or something, there's nothing you can do about her situation.

Perhaps some sleeping pills would help you get to sleep.

Calm down, don't let things stress you out, and sleep 8 hours a day.

OP should sleep more. Or get some rest.

I think the best thing to do would be to let her go until she is 18. Her parents have gone through the lengths of moving hundreds/thousands of miles to get her away from you. The next thing they could do if they find you stalking her is to have you arrested and thrown in jail, and then you really won't be able to sleep. I'm sorry you are in your situation, but this is what happens when get involved with minors and do not use discretion.

Let her know where you are, and how she can reach you and let her go. Let her grow up and if she still loves you when she's grown up she will contact you.

Stop before you end up in jail and on the sex offenders list.

  • Avoid electronics after 10PM - read books or do other activities instead. *this is probably the most important one for you considering you're on 4-ch.
  • Only go to bed if you are sleepy. If you lie in bed awake for over 30 minutes, don't stay or it will just make you learn to associate your bed with sleeplessness and frustration. Instead, get up and go somewhere else to read a book or something - only go to bed when you start to feel sleepy. You should have a plan of what to do if you can't sleep. (And note, it shouldn't be TV or computer.)
  • It is important to wake up at the exact same time every day regardless of how little sleep you get. You may be sleepy during the day but avoid naps, then when your bedtime finally rolls around you will be sleepy enough to get to bed.
  • A light snack or glass of warm milk before bed can help you sleep.

I suffer(ed) from depression, and learning to control my sleep patterns was one step on the road to recovery. It's important to get a healthy amount of sleep! It can be hard at first, but when you get your body into a good rhythm you can do it.

Of course, if you really are suffering from depression, you might not be able to do this on your own. A predisposition to dwell on negative things will probably keep you up. You might want to look into therapy.
