today during English class at my community college we were assign groups for a presentation. one of the group member a black 6 foot i say weights about 200 pounds+. started getting mad because 2 other girls and i were trying to finish the previous work.he got all ghetto on us since i was the closest person to him he was directly talking to me. i told him to get out of my face it was then he stood up and insulted me i was took it and it kinda made me feel weak and like a wimp since everyone was starring. here i am a 5'6 weights about 140 poundsAsian guy i did take Brazilian jiu jitsu for 3 years but i knew the size different was too big. now when i go to class i feel kinda insecure and regretful like i should i fought him back.how do i deal with this? should i try to forget it after that humiliation or do something about it?
i forgot to mention that this guy is like 26-28 and im 17
Don't worry about it.
Seriously, you did the right thing not to fight back. All it would have done was cause a ton of trouble for you, so it was good you didn't do anything back.
If he comes up to you again, it might be okay to retort back (COOLY, though; nothing derogatory, and stay really calm), but don't do anything physical.
And, if he doesn't approach you, just ignore him completely.
If I saw something like this happen, I seriously wouldn't belittle the guy at all for not fighting back, so don't worry about it at all.
thanks for the advice #3 i keep that in mind the next time i go to class
At his age the black guy should be mature enough to not act like a child in public. Don't lower yourself to his level.
He's on the same study level as you with around 10 years difference.
Take a hint.
stab him, ese.
