Overcoming laziness? (2)

I have a big problem... as the name of thread says, I am extremely lazy... for now the biggest issue is that I am too lazy to study for my exams that are in a week, even though I'm studying at the college I wanted to... basically it concerns everything else, it's getting harder even prepare food for myself... all I ever do is sit in front of pc and surf net, watch films, anime, whatever...

it's becoming more and more of a serious problem, I'm beginning to afraid that I'll become hikkikomori (it's more about not having some really close person, cause I am sociable - I go out with people, I talk to them not only online, but it's easy to just stop talking with them)

I don't think that I'm the type of person who will just sit and whine about shitty life, I can overcome myself in many things but this is getting kinda serious... I plan to start training aikido in february, also go swimming once a week to build some self-discipline but now it's impossible (and late too) because of those exams...

so I would like to here your opinion (please no trolling, some constructive ideas) if there is some way to overcome it... or better, if laziness is really my problem, if it isn't something else (maybe lack of motivation?) but generally, some advises would be very useful to me...

the only way to overcome laziness is to clear your mind and set your goals straight.
Thats a hard thing to do. Be sure to relax yourself. Then focus and think what you want to do with your life. Most people had an easy life. They get pocket money from parents or others and hardly needs to do anything. These people have to understand (some way or another) the hardship of life.

If you keep relying on others....stop doing that at once and try to earn a living for yourself. Basically you can keep loaning money for tuition but basic needs like food or clothes have to be earned by yourself. Doing part time jobs helps build discipline and earn yourself the pocketmoney you need.

Once you got that started the rest should fall into place. Good luck.
