hey just curious on how this works or if anyone have tried this or is still trying this. the uberman method is the the term "hacking your brain" so you only need about 2 hours of sleep a day or something along the lines of that (i dont exactly know how this works i have a text file of it somewhere but cant find). i know how it works and how to make it work, but i was just wondering if anyone had attempted this before, or is still doing it. tell me how you feel about it, does it make you tired? or does it not affect you at all?

Assuming sleeping only two hours a night doesn't make you tired, doesn't impact your health, and doesn't turn you into a shifty-eyed, demented loner... what are you going to do to occupy your time in solitude at 3:00 AM? I mean, besides masturbate.

Not OP but I can think of many, many productive things to do at 3AM everyday. Think of all the yaoi doujin and het doujin for the ladies I could've published! Kubo Tite could work on a fashion line without quitting Bleach!

I had some friends on IRC a few years ago who experimented with this. They really did manage to cut back on sleep and did not feel drained at all. Once the body adjusts to this cycle it will function as normal, but it's a challenge to do.

It's quite a common thing called polyphasic sleep. Check out this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyphasic_sleep
