Singapore IS a Chinese country, being predominantly Chinese and having a mere 25% of it's population as non-Chinese, which I would argue that due to the fact of controlling too little of the economic market share compared to the Singaporean Chinese while holding little to no political power, makes it a Chinese country anyway you put it. Did you forget the ROC as well?

While I'm sure most Chinese see mainland China as the idealized picture of a motherland with a somewhat geographically and culturally way of attachment to it but by looking at the reality of the situation, with the centuries of Chinese migration and the inevitable process of globalization the world is going through, we can't really say China is the ONE and only Chinese country now can we?

I think what the CCP is doing atm has both drawbacks and advantages, there's bound to be a whole bunch of ass kicking improvements coming in the long run. And visit China too, with some exceptional locations of course (Hangzhou etc.), it is still a pretty much a shithole to live in and hopefully it'll get better as soon as possible.
