I agree. But I think it's good to give people options to go looking for information rather than making people lap up the puke coming from the media and the candidates' spin doctors.

http://www.politics1.com is another source, but it mostly links to campaign websites, which IMO isn't very good.

I think this is, all in all, a terrible idea. Unless they have very active moderators, this will go to hell within a few days.

I imagine most of the vandals, partisans and paid PRRs will stick to wikipedia unless this thing gains momentum.
