I watched the first season but let my attention fade as they got into the temporal cold war crap. I decided to tune in because they were hyping a "birth of the federation" episode, and lo and behold it wasn't dissapointing! I can't believe they wasted so much effort with that useless time travel arc only to improve now that they're getting cancelled.
I never was into the whole series, but I don't think they should have continued after DS9 the way they did. Also: Next Generation is most awesome.
They eventually found out that the temporal cold war thing was boring/uninteresting and found a new thingy that threatened the planet earth.
I find the series quite enjoyable. Thou captain Archer, being the hero that he is, sometimes gets on my nervs.
Tonight's episode was all Mirror Universe barbarity. And it rocked.
fucking signed. It was the first episode I really actually sat down and paid attention to since the first season, and I thought to myself, "wtf, if the show had been this good from day one, it would never have been cancelled".
Enterprise just keeps getting better and better, did they get new writers or something?
I'd like them to continue the story on the mirror universe barbarity, but tonights episode was great aswell.
