I just saw this movie again last week, please to recommend me a comparable film, and if possible also set in Tokyo, that city intrigues me.
Wasabi
Tokyo! (yes that is the name of the film)
>The film gets its title from a scene where the protagonist, Hubert Fiorentini (Reno), eats a whole serving of wasabi at a Japanese restaurant without flinching.
Probably the most eventful scene in the movie.

Those aren't really like Lost in Translation...
Ramen girl.
i only saw about thirty minutes of it on tv and thought it was hilarious.
Black Rain
Last Life in the Universe(Even though it's set in Thailand it has the same "atmosphere")
Shanghai Kiss
