It seems to be the case. I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate One Piece and Erementar Gerad and Trinity Blood (I personally think Gonzo shouldn't have done this and left the budget to SG), and of course GSD (though it's staaaaarting to get a biiiit itneresting now).
