With things like anime it is impossible to be objective and so I don't think it is unreasonable to equate best with favourite concerning when it comes to lists like these. Using the term best when describing an anime is inappropriate, and seeing as the OP said that 'Best Anime Ever!! for me it is 2x2 Shinobuden' implied this was more a list of favourites than an objective and impersonal best of list.
