Ok,I was planning to do my own animation and I would like to some extraordinary animes (and some which are common) that was beautifully rendered and animated, artistically and even surreal! ^^

Haibane Renmei was one of the most atmospheric anime you may watch
5 Centimeters per Second is the most beautiful anime I have ever seen. Keep an eye on the details of the backgrounds in particular.
Kino no Tabi has a storybook feel that is lost in the second movie

Ok, did u guys ever watch Korean anime "Wonderful Days?". It quite nice considering it fuses 3d and 2d together.
