That's a good question, at the moment, Rosario+Vampire, it's hilarious!
Too many. I like the ones I pick out and watch... If there was any series that stood out it would be Zero no Tsukaima (every one), Higurashi, Index, Toradora, Kannagi, Zetsubou Sensei, Rosario+Vampire, etc..
Very few anime series turn me off, like Casshern Sins. Hadn't seen the series that happened before it, couldn't care about it when I saw the first episode.

Evangelion is good, but only if you watch the regular series once with English subs. Other than that, it gets very old, very quickly.

Such an underrated anime it's unforgivable.
Awesome CG animation (rather dark and unique) which matches witht the over all theme.
AWESOME SOUNDTRACK (I just ordered K. Lee's CD from Korea to boot) that completeley ignores all the bloody gore from the anime and adds VERY little romance hints in the anime (if u can even call it dat !).

right now, Queen's Blade. Over all or "of all time" isn't an easy thing to call for me, but I guess It's something around Wolf's Rain, GitS, or NOIR.
but then i havent seen much anime compared to most. i need to see trigun and cowboy bebop as ive heard so much good, and they look awesome enough to check out even ignoring the good word of mouth.
