I think world4ch's problem is that it's just a 4chan extension of sorts and probably not meant to be anything else.
Yeah, a lot of the stupid shit gets brought over from 4chan to world4ch. When they first started there NEWS4VIP was completely shit. Not it's just a little better. We can get 1000 by Hidden Garden of DQN!
I think all of the energy of the users is put on 4chan instead of world4ch. I think also that some good topics get fagged up by retards.
