I managed to mark my monitor screen with a Biro, saliva does not remove it. what do you reckon ??
Biro, ball point? Did you physically damage the screen, (e.g. an indent, scratch)
You could always try window cleaner, it should do more then licking the screen.
yeah ball point, i dont think its scratched. i cant feel anything with my nail, im just not sure what to try in case it damages the screen. i dont even know what to clean my tft with from normal finger prints O_o

This one always works for me,
cover a chisel with some fine felt cloth, then slowly tap it with a hammer in the direction of the pen. The cloth will stop the chisel from penetrating the screen whilst removing the pen marks. You might need to increase force until you see it start to come off, though.
yeah right, like you always going to have pen marks on your screen :P
