Sup everyone,
Lateley the skin of my legs becomes dimpled. Yeah, it's cellulite methinks (and this is quite sad at the age of 20). So I need some sporty anonymous to give me good tipps for work out because I'm not doing any sport except for riding my bicycle.
I don't want to lose weight because I only weigh 103 lbs at a height of 5.3 ft.

Sorry that I ask here but I already lurked in mgazines and the internet but couldn't find any real usefull tipps.

Anyway I'd also like to use this oppurtunity to train and obtain a orverall healthier body.

Thanks in advance

There's so much advice I could write, but to be honest I think you're better off going to one of the health and fitness boards on 4chan or 7chan and looking around on there, because in the past when I've given fitness advice to people on here it doesn't spur them on enough - you really need a dedicated board to the topic to get enough information because otherwise my post would be massive and put you off reading it. Also, when you post there try to clarrify what exactly you want to get out of an exercise routine - overall health or getting rid of cellulite or both? Try to include information about what and how much you eat per day as well as the exercise you do. The more information you give, the better tailored to you the advice will be.

In short: Eat right and exercise.

Cycling can help a lot, as can running. However, because just cycling or running by itself will only get you so far, get together with friends often and play various games/sports, preferably outdoor ones. The weather is warming up, assuming you're in the northern hemisphere, so enjoy it. Ultimate frisbee is a good place to start.

i can't help but advise you to take up basketball. This will work out your entire body. Even if you are not good at it, just get into a game and just run and keep up with the people this is really a great sport. Or you can run treadmill. Squats, Calf raises, etc. SOOO MANNY THINGS YOU CAN DOO!!!!!

5'3" 105 lb. Hard to believe you would have an ounce of fat on your body.

pick something you find fun and can stick to. cardio to burn fat. find something you enjoy and stick with it a few times a week. [running, spinning, swimming, cardio kickboxing, elliptical machine, an aerobics video, basketball, flag football, soccer, ultimate frisbee, lacrosse, etc etc]

Also, if you can get Dance Dance Revolution or something similar, that's a great way to have fun while burning tons of calories.

Swimming is one of the best sports. Works out the entire body, burn tons of calories. The downside is that it may not be the most entertaining, if that's something important to you, and you can't do it while listening to music either.

I also advice against running, which is bad for a lot of articulations and such if you don't know how to run proberly (and you probably don't, despite whay you might think). It's actually better to walk quickly. Endurance walks (you can weight yourself down if you want, but be sure the weight is not too much of a strain on your back) are a great way to develop good breathing, to down your cardiac rythm, to develop your legs, and of course to burn fat. And you'll see some nice landscape!

If you want to run remember to get a good running shoes to lessen the impact.
