You're advice is interesting! but, the problem with shyness is getting over the shyness. You can't just tell yourself "Go talk to that girl" and then you do it.

Sometimes inner feelings and regret outweight the thoughts in your head.

You may think, "I need to go talk to her" but you can't move to do it because you're too afraid.

That's my problem there.
