I once believed that the GNAA-run ED deliberately made 4chan entries to entice newbies to join 4chan and sabotage it.
There are recognisable by their over use of the word EPIC.

Not that we needed the gnaa's intervention for 4chan die slowly from it's own openness.

"Fight club" has been overrun by "project mayhem", idiots with names, following leaders like sheep, who believe they have a higher purpose.

There is no purpose. There are no rules other than the ones set by freedom. "Tyler" is within every man.
You cannot belong by using signs and memes.
It is a slow process of lurking and learning.
It is a personal journey where anonymous, toshiaki, noname, etc... become part of who you are and you become part of them, you share in their successes and downfalls.

These new users do not understand the culture of anonymity, they do not understand anarchy, they want to belong without working hard, they want to be led.

As much as I despise these new users for pissing on my culture, I feel for them and their desperate longing to be part of something. Sadly, for most of them, anon culture is not the answer. They belong elsewhere but have nowhere to go.
