Im watching this since early this morning (gmt) just when it happened. Seeing that wave live sweeping away houses and cars off the road trying to flee was pretty unnerving. I'm sure many of those people I saw were killed. Sendai and many other cities are completely destroyed and it appears with no emergency services or anybody there to help yet. Horrible stuff.
