thread revival!
Today's lunch is yesterday's leftovers.
-Curried pumpkin with rice powder put in to thicken it, and a bit of grated coconut thrown in as well.
-Hard beancurd sauteed with soya sauce.
-Bittergourd made into a spicy curry with thick gravy.
Because it's not spicy enough, I'm also having some curd chillies.
-Curd chillies are small chillies salted and fried. You normally have 1 or 2 small ones to spice up your meal, but never have it on your own unless you want to lose your tongue!
I'm too lazy to translate.
I'm looking forward to dinner because we're having cashew nut curry. It's great.
By the way, I highly advise people out there to get it in their heads that not all curries are necessarily spicy.
