Anyone heard about the Death Note movie that came out in June 17th?! i really want to see it and been searching on torrents and stuff to download it but no luck atm....

Expect it to come out in a few months on DVD...a few weeks after that, we'll find fansubbed torrents of it. That is, if some random company(coughVizcough) doesn't license it first.
americans seems to have run out of ideas and been going remakes of movies. has anyone noticed how Light looks nothing like he does in the manga where L looks so similar to the manga??
americans are just trash without any culture and history since they were an english colony until a while ago so that is why they always leech off other countries' great stuff
Not a good choice for the theme song, I think, but I can't wait for it. Can't even find a cam of it. Naturally, i don't know anyone with a japanese scene tracker account but hey. By the way, I'm fairly sure that the death note movie is licensed already. It's unfortunate.

theres a Death Note dvd complete set that came out in japan this month with the first movie and the 2nd movie in it. it also has the A4 size book from the movie, looks intresting, anyone gonna get it?
I've seen both of the movies and i liked them very much.
i just bought the 2nd movie yesterday and the subtitles are so stuffed up, they called Light "Month" , wtf is this!

And it has to do with the kanji that represents his name (the kanji for moon, which is also used in the months).
The movie was good. But it was innacurate to the manga/anime.
If you really want to see DN, just watch the anime. It's good.

i liked both the movie and the manga but havent seen the anime yet. i liked the different ending in the movie

but i couldnot finish watching anime, missed out last 6-7 epis,
and now it seems that they have been removed from you tube

I loved the movies. I have yet to finish reading the manga.
I really enjoyed reading the manga, It is so well drawn, anime is good, but I think it's not the same feeling to read than just watch it, and about the movies, first one is terrible, and the second one is a lot better, but I still didnt like it, Raito looks so.....human haha.
