Is there any ways to protest against remakes? I hate the idea of a Battle Royale remake or other films!!!!!

Now that "The Departed" (rem."Infernal Affairs") is tearing up the box office, I expect more remakes are on the way. Nothin' we can do. Let's just hope they'll be good.

Remakes are basically sure money. A company can put 20 mil into a film nobody knows about and pray or 20 mil into a remake of The Partridge Family or some crap and a bunch of idiots will go watch it to remember their childhood. It's a good business practice I guess.
