Considering Strato is pretty much the best guy out there, I'm not sure help would be a good idea.
Also, I finally watched 13, and while the ending was hilarious, the rest is kind of pushing up against that wall that PPD crashed right into, where it starts to feel as if there are more references than actual show, and the whole thing gets sort of hollow. I mean, how much Sgt. Frog was there in that goddamn episode? And a Geass reference? That's just tacky.
